Natrol Complete Balance for hot flashes

I have been on this for 2 months now and feel safe reporting on the tremendous relief I have gotten from hot flashes and night sweats. I quit the HRT I was on and the hot flashes and night sweats returned with a vengeance! I tried various other OTC remedies and would stay on them 1 month before I would give up. On this, I noticed a slight difference within a week, even more by 3 weeks. After a month, my "episodes" were down to 1 to 3 per day. Now they are almost non-existent.
