Nasal Saline Rinse...

Hi Everyone -

Does anyone have to do nasal saline rinses? (neti pot, etc?) If so, how often do you do it and do you feel it helps? I have to start doing it 1-2 times a day for my sinuses but I've never done it before and the thought kind of freaks me out LOL.
