HI:
My Sister and I are both starting the new Weight Watchers program, On Line, in the next week or so.
We're doing on line because, right now, anyway, neither of us have time to go to meetings.
If you do on line, do you think it's as effective?
Also, isn't there a book you can buy that gives the points for a large variety of foods and some restaurant foods?
I'd welcome any tips and suggestions for getting started, as well as any great recipes.
I know there is a zero point vegetable soup recipe.
I'm sure I can find it, but, if anyone wants to post it, that would be "souper"!
