John,

 

Gosh, do I envy your schedule of skating and exercise!!!  If only...

 

Things went very bad within 3.25 hours with my right foot (recent fractures), so spent yesterday in the ER.  Am going to start a new thread regarding this, looking for input and any who might have had similar experience, as the ER was stumped.  I tend to do that to docs.
