Hi all ....

This May 24 it was one year since I had my right knee replacement. I couldn't be happier with it, and I'd do it all over again if it ever became necessary on my left knee. It's still cranky when the weather is bad, but I walk and run without any difficulty or pain, and I pretty much can do anything I want to. I am delighted.

Was it fun? No, but it was more than worth it. The surgery itself went fine - done on a Tues. and left hospital on Friday - but the P.T. is the worst part. That was definitely NOT fun, but if you do the exercises like they instruct you to, and work hard when you go for your appts. 3x a week, you will definitely have success.

I am totally grateful to my doctor and my physical therapist. Just wanted to say .....
