As of today is it 30lbs, I am so glad I started my journey when I did, I will have no issues this Summer

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.

@I am still oxox Congratulations on your accomplishment and so happy that you found a plan that works for you day in and day out.  That is exactly what you need for the long haul.  I'll bet you are facing the summer with a whole different attitude! Think about how much cooler and more comfortable you will be in summer fashions. Yay you!

I think WW is the best. I have been following it since 2015. I cannot imagine coming off of it. WW really teaches you how to eat and work around anything. Great job!
