I can't believe that it has been three months already.....they've passed quickly. I'm down 29.4 lbs. and still feeling good and very motivated. The food still tastes good to me and I really do think the structure of the whole thing was what I needed. I haven't cheated (although I do lust after red licorice once in a while). Usually, I just chew a piece of sugarless gum and focus my attention on something else. As I was checking out today, one of the other Jenny coaches told me that right now I am their most successful current client....that also gave my motivation a boost. I hope that those of you who are trying to be more healthy and start whatever journey you feel is for you have great success.

P.S. I wanted to add that I haven't told anyone that I'm doing this, so being able to tell you guys my little successes also helps.

Re: My Jenny Journey (Month 3)

Hula girl good for you I am sure you feel very proud of your self as you should. I would like to try the Jenny thing but there is no way I could ever walk in to their place. My legs are giving me fits and are really making walking a major issue for me. I would just have to do the home thing and not go into getting checked in and out. I wish you much good luck and absolutely be proud of how well you are doing.. We will keep your secret.

Re: My Jenny Journey (Month 3)

Yes it is. I was surprised to see it revived.....I still do Jenny even though I lost my weight long ago and have kept it off........a year ago they asked me to work for them and it's still the best program out there to get healthy and keep those pounds off!!
I'm also a lifetime WW, but I always lost and gained it all back on that program.....just do what works for you, but it's never too late!
