At 82, those procedures may be useless to her. I doubt anyone that has witnessed a loved one, day by day, dying of one of these preventable diseases, would agree with her. I would be one of them. She has lived many years so comments from someone her age mean less to me than someone much younger saying the same thing.

It's her body, her opinion!

@Reever  At one time, mine sounded like Mt. Vesuiuis, so I began taking Metamucil, now I just use Fibermucil to insure I am getting enough fiber.

Gurgling is confined to the Lower Right quadrant. Doctor said its not stomach related. Only could recommend peppermint tea as a relaxer said its probably tension. Essentially the doctor who is a specialist and I had to pay a $40 copay to was useless.
