I am just watching this now on ABC.com and am enjoying it.  I follow Primal Blueprint, which is similar to The Wild Diet.  I was listening to the PB podcast and the interview with Abel James and he talked all about the show and what you didn't see.  I am also listening to Abel's podcast now with Kurt and with Shaun T.

 

It's very interesting.


The takeaway from Abel is that they kept getting warned by producers that they weren't going to get air time because they had zero drama going on. LOL  Sure enough, you see Kurt and Abel for about 2 minutes per episode.
