My Brakes Quit Working and Brake Light Came On

The brake light came on in my car on the way back from grocery and very little brake pressure. After parking there was green fluid coming out of the front. Coolant? I am terrified because I have no extra money for car repairs or rental. I have unfortunately alienated family and friends and burned bridges. I have had problems all my life with depression, anxiety, etc and have not exercised good judgement. I have no idea how I will get to work or other committments. I am not asking anyone to feel sorry for me but just need an outlet to communicate. Thanks.
