Re: Multi Vitamin suggestions

After having to do some serious research on finding medical grade vitamins due to a health problem, I found that Thorne supplements are the best. They are highly rated by Consumerlab, they are used by doctors, naturopaths, etc. They are sold on Amazon as well as their own website, and there is a choice of multi vitamins tailored to your specific needs.

This is what I take. It comes in packets with several vitamins. I add other things too, depending on what I feel I need  3C2D1704-6B17-4AAC-A07E-6341F6D89D44.jpeg

Re: Multi Vitamin suggestions

Guess I don't stand a chance.  I take just a plain ol' One A Day for the over 50 petite crowd and an extra separate B and D vitamin supplement.  lol.  I have a very sensitive stomach and never had an issue with any of them.

Love Andrew Lessman's Essential 1 as a multi-vitamin/mineral. Have been taking it for about two years.

I am wanting to start a MV also. The problem in the past is that a lot of them would make me nauseated, even when I took them with food. I’ll look into this one.

This one does not cause upset or repeat (burps).  I ran out once and I could tell a BIG difference in how I felt.......rundown.  I will never run out again.  It is a capsule so it is easy to swallow unlike hard big tablets.  Worth a try with the money back guarantee, @wvumountiefan .

I take allOne Active Seniors (Multiple Vitamin & Mineral Powder), Unflavored

There is also an original formula for "non-seniors." I mix it with my morning pomegranate juice/water/elderberry/tumeric mixture.

We get these from Costco online.  They're very highly rated by users.

I also give these a thumbs up!  I refuse to take a tablet and this capsule is the only brand that I have found that comes close to the ProCaps formula. It has 4,000 IU vitamin D and much more! The folic acid is a different form, but other than this, I am happy with this brand.

Costco has these on "instant coupon" a couple of times a year.  This is when I buy three bottles that last me for a year.

When I look at the Lessman vitamines they are all way higher in ingredients that I am comfortable taking.

Re: Multi Vitamin suggestions

I just started taking these vitamins, which I bought on Amazon.  I was looking for a multi-vitamin that was Vegan, contained B12, and most of the other key vitamins without high megadoses.  Just to cover myself.
