Sure...I read the reviews on the QVC site under Essential One with CoQ10. Also there is another thread on the wellness forum under side effects with his vitamins that I read.
I completely forgot that Q sold them! Thanks!

I buy vitamins or supplements from Solgar or Bluebonnet on Amazon.
You may want to ask your doctor about what to take.

I use either One Day 50+ or Centrum Silver. I did get the Petite ones before all the covid stuff but I can't find those anymore. Also take an extra D and B supplements. Not sure if it helps but I figure any help I can get at this point in my life is a bonus lol.

The one thing I’ve learned from Lessman is that tablets don’t completely dissolve and absorb. I don’t buy his products but I always look for a softgel or powder capsule in what we do take. We are Costco members and have been happy taking the same Nature’s Lab Multivitamins for some time. I don’t believe in separate multi vitamins for men/women. I also don’t believe one capsule covers all our needs, so there are additional supplements we add.

I buy Centrum Silver or the store equivalent from Walmart Equate. Or online Sentry Senior, good price on amazon for 265 count.

My doctor specifically recommends Centrum Silver. I dont take a generic form. I follow doctors orders. Centrum Silver is designed specifically for seniors.

I used to take ShopHQ’s multi by the reality show couple....Dubrowes?
But about 2-years ago, I started to actually read up on individual
viamins/supplements to find out which I felt I (or family member)
may benefit from.
As a result, I take about a dozen various products. I don’t mind, it’s such a routine which only takes a couple minutes.
I have read the pros/cons of taking vitamins and I’d rather reap
whatever benefits there are. Especially since our food now does not have the same quantity of V/M as a century ago (due to over production).
I remember reading in the OT section of the Bible (years ago) that every 7th year,
the land should *rest* ....although of course they did not know
the medical/technical reasons.
As an aside:
A few years ago there was an *undercover* report on Vitamins/Supplements that were sold in MAJOR PHARMACY CHAINS.
A slew of products were tested to find out if they were *legit* (so to speak).
They discovered that 80% ( !!!!) did not contain what the label stated,
either in ingredients or quantity ( mgs.).
Immediately CVS stated that any V/S sold in thier stores had to be 3rd party tested for purity.
I don’t believe CVS knew the products on their shelves were basically
fakes.
But I definitely trust CVS now.
If you are an Amazon shopper, there are several inexpensive brands
that I buy.
For example, a twin pack of Nature’s Bounty Fish Oil caps (total of 360)
are $14.95.
The same exact twin pack is $35 at CVS,
All that 3rd party testing cost money, lol.
(sorry such a long post, thanks for reading)
