I used to take a combination of molasses and vinegar years ago when was borderline anemic and I cannot remember the amount taken and what type of vinegar it was. Has anyone ever heard or tried this?

Pinterest has a board "molasses & vinegar" so somebody has used it.  They even show tablets you can take.

Organic Bragg apple cider vinegar, and make sure the molasses is blackstrap, it has the most iron.  I use to take two teaspoons a day spaced apart of the molasses when I was anemic.

Have you considered Spirulina?  it contains it naturally and is easily absorbed without being constipating.
