Trust me, I'll be going to my doctor with these questions, but for now I'm going to post here.
I have Fibromyalgia and so I'm prone to migraines. My migraines typically last for 3-4 days. I'm on my 3rd day of one now. I take Maxalt and/or Imitrex for my migraines. Sometimes I find Maxalt works, sometimes not, so then I take an Imitrex. And vice versa. I never know which one will help but usually one does. This time, neither one is working 100%.
What if you've taken your max. dosage of meds and find you still have a migraine? Does anyone have any useful advice (meaning, you have experience in this and it has worked for you and you're not just guessing)?
