I see a doctor regularly & do not take any medications.

I've been working at getting fit & healthy for a few years. My doctor thinks I am amazing. But even when I was much heavier I did not need to take prescription medications.

Some people need to take medication & others don't. I'm fortunate that I don't need any medication. Sometimes lifestyle changes can help one avoid medication. Sometimes one's lifestyle has nothing to do with it. Lots of people with healthy lifestyles need to take medication.

{#emotions_dlg.confused1} There is nothing wrong with taking medication your doctor prescribes to improve your quality of life. It's great if you don't have to take medication, but most people do take something, for some condition, if they are over 50.

Never brag that you don't have to take medication, or judge someone for taking medication that they need to take. It just may be you that has to take medication of some kind at some time in the future.
