May Exercise Thread

What, no one started this up yet? I just wanted to drop in and say hi to my fit (and getting fit!) friends! New month, fresh start! It is a gorgeous day here on Long Island! I got in a nice 45 minute Leslie Sansone workout, and I jogged instead of walking...I just know I burned a ton of calories!

Hope everyone is having a lovely day, and a wonderful start to my favorite month of May!!!
