Mastoiditis

My MRI showed I have mastoiditis. Have been taking the antibiotic Levaquin for 7 days. Have three more days to go. Feeling dizzy in the mornings. I take it in the afternoon. Anyone familiar with this antibiotic or ever had mastoiditis?
