Mary Ruth’s Morning Liquid Vitamin

Anyone familiar or take this vitamin?  Thoughts or general experience with it?

I just heard about this, and am curious.  Did not know that vitamins could come in liquid form.

Thanks!

Who is Mary Ruth?

i have seen liquid vitamins out there.  When I was a small child, back in the 50's,  I pushed a kitchen chair and the table to the sink and climbed up to reach a small shelf that held my liquid vitamins.

They were pretty tasty and I drank most of the bottle.  My mother gave me a dropper full every day.

I survived, but my mother wasn't happy.  I never did that again.

Liquid Vitamins have been available for i as long as I can remember. Health food stores have quite a selection..

@Carmie   I have no idea who Mary Ruth is.  That's the name of the vitamins.  I did a search and people rave about it.

I looked at the label and I'm not impressed.

Some people who have problems swallowing solids (pills/caps/tabs) or have digestion issues might benefit from taking a liquid-type supplement. I can relate to that.

ETA-

I remember when I was younger whenever I would take a daily multi-vit, sometimes I'd see it end up in the toilet looking just like it came out of the bottle. Those days are done and now I crush my daily multi-vit and take it that way. Doesn't do me any good if I can see it in the toilet.

This is the reason Andrew Lessman advocates for capsules or softgels.  He said tablets don't always dissolve and come out as you've experienced.  I don't take his stuff, but I have kept this in mind when selecting my supplements.
