Hi All! Here I am, delinquent again! It seems Everytime I would start reading to catch up, I would get interrupted. I am making progress today- cos the fingers are typing! I have a very limited w/o report. I felt like nomless last wee- no interest , no ambition. but I started agin in today- Did a t25 and chalean. I have to give back t25 soon so I wanted to get a few more in. I do need a new plan- we'll see. Patty- Good thoughts for your son. Is it snowing for you? Bopper- yeah, too bad last week for Junior. I was happy to see Johnson have trouble yesterday and get beat by Danica.I was really happy to see Tony finish 4th. He so needed a good run. My mother was full Irish and today was her favorite day. Just go with good memories. Nomless- I laughed when I read how you hoped people would be outside and not in the gym- that would be my hope, too! I am glad you bought computer- you said you needed one. Judy- you are doing it. Keep at it, don't let the stress of work beat you down. Future- you cracked me up about the time change! Big full moon a shining- cant wait to go to work tomorrow. Canine- how are you? MickD - hi and welcome! The sun is shining but it is only 20 degrees. So deceptive. But snow is melting so I should have room to walk soon. I hope it is a Lucky day for all of you!

Bopper, I just got a refund for most of my Collage order. I know they shipped a package, as well. At this point, I don't know what I got and what was gone by the time they got to my order. Oh, well, at least I got a couple of DVDs at a good price.

Tony, I had the gym to myself yesterday, too. Two days in a row I was the only one there. Nice! Just they way I like it.

Happy St. Patty's Day everyone! I did 30 min. (1.5 mi.) on the treadclimber and 8 min. (.5 mi.) on the treadmill. Not feelin' it today, but atleast I did something! I hope my foot continues to heal so I can get back to trail running this summer. It's a bummer not being able to get outside especially since our Spring has been so mild.

Bobber ~ Sorry to hear about your mom (my mom died just over 10 years ago). The aniversaries of death can be difficult.....{{{hugs}}} to you.

Bopper - my thoughts are with you - I miss my parents also and as someone else said, anniversaries are always the hardest.

Stayed home from work today and never got out of my jammies. Tomorrow is another day right?!

Hope everyone has a good evening.

Hey all, another snowy day here so I didn't go shopping, it's too slippery.

I did do a 30 minute Power walk on the treadmill and then another 30 minutes on my TG.

Nomless collage must have sold out in a heartbeat...at least you'll get some of them.

glad you got your new laptop...my son gave me his old one and it keeps freezing up and I have to restart like 4 times or more so I see why he got a new one.

FUTURE you're coming back!!! You were a machine ....great job...

Judy keep the great attitude,,,it really does help get the job done.

I keep hearing now about TDEE ( Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and so many people doing that to lose weight. I googled it and for "me" who is not good in math it's confusing but so many people are using this now to lose weight and figure out how many calories they should be eating ( many people are eating way too low)...why is it so complicated.

Tony I was glad to see Tony finish 4th too...but another long rain delay...I didn't know they changed the race to a different channel so kept flipping back and it was regular programming so I thought it was going to be continued on Monday and then I found it on another channel..

Well have a good day all!

Hi guys. Just thought I'd pop in and say 'hello'.

I'm in Pa again. Lots going on...as per my life and I guess nothing is going to change. Just have to be thankful that I'm not working and can pick up and drive up here whenever I need to.

Their dog almost died yesterday so that's a big deal in our family. He's still in the ICU at the ER vet...I went and sat with him for a while today and the kids will go up after they get off work.

This sure isn't going to help my son any...going tomorrow to GI doc to discuss next level of treatment. Tony, I'm sure you're familiar with the drugs...tons of side-effects but he can't live his life like this or be on steroids all the time, they'll kill ya too.

My son is leaning towards 6MP or Remicade after doing some research...so we'll get the doc's opinions tomorrow. Ay, I read the side-effects and almost throw-up but I don't think we have any other choice at this point.

Anyway, the grand-dog is doing much better than yesterday...they told us last night that they can't believe he's still with us and they have never seen a level that he had on one of his blood tests. They're pretty sure he has Addison's too, just like my son...pretty strange.

Hope everyone is doing okay. I'm sitting here now waiting for the carpet and upholstery cleaners...he got sick all over everything.{#emotions_dlg.unsure}{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes} I know, you're all jealous of my glamorous life. I feel like I'm always scrubbing puke or something...good thing I love these animals so darn much.Wink

Patty, thanks for posting. I was a bit worried about you and DS when we didn't hear from you yesterday. I'm so sorry to hear that grand-pooch is having a crisis. I hope he can recover. And, of course, I wish nothing but good things for DS. It's great that you can be there for DS's appt tomorrow to discuss alternatives.

Hugs and prayers for all.
