I just started three days ago with Andrew Lessmans pwd collegen with MSN.  My neck was hurting a lot and within the three days the pain is gone and all I did was drink it with a glass of water.  I'm a believer.

I take vegetarian glucosomine and MSM is also added to it.

The joint supplements I was taking had MSM in it as well as boswellia(sp)---they seemed to work very well for me and my poor knees.
