When MRI scanners first came out there was a short-lived fad of getting whole body scans. Some malls had MRI scanners and you could get scanned during a shopping trip. It went out of fashion though, largely due to the number of false alarms generated. It was trendy for a while though.

I know, right! Can you imagine the high "incidentials" they'd find?

What is absurd and dangerous is that I am still excreting Gadolinium 2 1/2 years after injection validated with repetitive testing by Mayo Clinic.
