I posted earlier and asked about exercises for my chubby thighs and was advised to do lunges, which I have been doing my question is this...I'm pretty sore just above my knees, am I doing the lunges correctly?...I'd rather feel the burn in my thighs... at least I'd feel like I was doing the exercise correctly and it was working the necessary muscles, am I doing the lunges correctly? Thanks!
