Re: Low carb/keto brand of nut snacks

I've been on a low carb way of eating since November....yes I cheated a bit over the holidays but I lost 27lbs and feel great!

Nuts in general are low carb.  One of my favorites are macadamias.  They can be a bit pricey but have helped me to stick with it.  I also like cheese crisps and cauliflower chruncy snacks.  I just make sure the lable shows that it's low carb.

Check Amazon for ParmCrisps, cauliflower bites by Rhythm, macadamias by Royal Hawaiian (I get them locally).

This is one of my favorite low-carb sweet treats, toasted almonds with low carb chocolate chips, unsweetened coconut and whipped cream. Yum!

They aren't low carb/keto.  Lots of sugar and honey.

I've been keto for 2 yrs. and 11 months, maintaining a 152 lb. loss for the past 4.5 mos.  I like to do my own combo of pecans, Bake Believe or Lily SF chocolate chips, and unsweetened dried coconut chips - measuring all to keep within my macros.  I keep other nuts available too; macadamia, walnuts, almonds. DH likes pistachios but their carbs are a bit higher.

If you want a grab & go convenience item, these are pretty good within limits.

@JeanLouiseFinch

Thanks for let us know about a brand, I have never looked this one.

I do no added sugar, no added salt, and no artificial sweeteners.  Almost impossible to find a snack pac to slip in your purse.

Must say that sugar is the hardest to avoid.

This is what I was looking for and had been considering this one!

Are you familiar with these? Do they taste good?

@Starpolisher in general, I like the Lakanto brand.  I have not specifically tried the candied nuts.  I make my own glazed pecans.
