We are lucky today. Just read the labels. Fruit is kinda high so make sure you check serving size.

Why figs? Would have thought they had a lot of sugar. Just looked it up. They do.

A variety of nuts, sunflower seeds, jerky, non-gmo popcorn, some protein bars, homemade peanut butter on celery or apple, organic carrots, yogurt.

For commercially prepared products, check out some of the Atkin's line.  They have some really good sweet treats and I do not notice any spike in my blood sugar.  Their "treat bar" varieties are delicious.

I bought pickles the other day when I went to the grocery store. When I hauled out my groceries my jar of pickles which was doubled bag rolled out of the top of the cart & broke. LOL!!! I have no pickles now. I was hungry for some of those little gherkins.

As far as I know Atkin's products have artificial sweeteners in them. I cannot eat that since it gives me a headache.

Carbs are also starches, so you need to watch things like crackers and bread
