Looking for input on a bra

that is easy to put on and take off for a person with shoulder and movement challenges. I think a front hook one with ONE hook up would be nice. But I need 46 C and I don't seem to be able to locate any in that size.

I have the sports bras that you step into but would like one with more support at times.
