Thank you, Ladybug! I was beginning to think I was in the Twilight Zone! There's something odd about the pic of the ingredient list--when was the last time we saw the ingredients also listed in French?
ETA--Bless you, Irshgrl! I didn't see your post!
In Canada...
Well now, I must be wearing orthopedic shoes, because I stand corrected!
(Ooh, my cousins in Quebec City would be so mad at me!!)

My motto is if the list of ingredients has more than 5 items (except for vitamins/minerals) it's not worth buying or eating.
Theoretically, we aren't supposed to eat anything that has a list and a bar code. For example, an apple does not have a list of ingredients and a bar code. Same for broccoli. And this does clear you to eat steak and drink wine.

No surprises here. All processed(convenient type)foods contain a whole lot of things that ain't good for ya. Some just don't care until of course something serious arises with their body. Then you get the ""why me""?

Azodicarbonamide is the dough conditioner used by Subway and they have agreed to remove it from their bread products.
If you buy and consume mass market white breads, commercial "whole wheat" and rolls your bread likely has dough conditioners.
You can have soft bread that stays fresh and soft for weeks - or you can have dense natural bread that goes dry crumbly after a day or two.
My Cheerios from Aldi has tripotassium phosphate.

Almost all, if not all, of the Cheerios in the USA are made in Buffalo, NY.
We ship a lot of products to Canada from here.
In fact, it works both ways...a lot of our bread is made in Canada.

Love Cheerios, but I just stick to the plain ones. If I buy the Honey Nut ones, I can eat the whole box in front of the TV!!! LOL LOL

Some people use vinegar as a cleaning product. Just because something is used as part of a cleaning item doesn't mean it isn't ok to consume.
