My DH and I decided in January that we needed to lose weight. I tried WW again and for some reason I wasn't successful with it. DH used the Livestrong app on his phone. Oh course he has done very well (20 lbs). I switched over to the calorie counting on Livestrong after a while and have lost some (6 lbs). We like it because we document our calorie intake immediatly after eating. It also has several foods listed that we eat.

It makes us stop and think before we eat some foods that we thought were low in calories.

We recommend this site for anyone that is trying to lose weight.
