I could swear I read a review and it was great, I am 8 days post op from a hip replacemnt and sleep is still difficutl, I ordered it from amazon

I'm a huge fan and won't be without it.

 

I use it mainly for Travel as I go to a lot of different time zones ...

 

and most Sunday nights because I start thinking about work on Monday ;o)

 

I'm also a big fan of Advil PM when old injuries get poked at.

I should add that I didn't read the label correctly in the beginning and was only taking one and it wsan't doing anything for me.

 

The max is 3 and I find 3 works perfectly for me.

 

So start with one, and see how it goes and then add another.

@I am still oxox   Are you in pain still from your surgery? That certainly affects one’s sleep. I’m going through that now with sciatica. 

 

I sure hope you find something to help you.

Andrew Lessman's Night Time stays on my night table. I've used it for years. Yes, I would recommend it!
