@Tinkrbl44 , I did find a brand of fish oil that agrees with me, Ultimate Omega. Perhaps you are correct about ingredients being the culprit, but Lessman stressed that his Omega is certain not to cause gastrointestinal distress. Hence, I do not trust him anymore.

Thanks for your answer, @gertrudecloset . Seems to be sound advice. I do agree that healthy people can have a tendency to take too many unnecessary supplements. Conversely I think physicians and nutritionists could be more well versed on supplements.

It doesn't help to walk into a health food establishment and find it is like a candy store!

I tried a sleep concoction with ashwaganda and other ingredients that made me very ill. That made me think twice about self medicating.

I with you at 86.  I use many of his products and blood work and vits great.  They work.  I wait for his specials.  I do all my own yard work, ( big) and housework and exercise a lot.  I feel his vits have helped me stay strong and healthy.  I also take his memory ones and they work for me and I have a lot of energy.  Tried over the counter at costco and walgreens and just threw money away.

I use several of his products and have for years. I either buy from HSN when he has a visit so the prices tend to be lower with free shipping.

From time to time I have purchase directly from Amazon. 

I think you can easily get wrapped up with taking too many of his supplements. I try to limit to what is absolutely necessary. 

His products are expensive, but I do trust him.
