Re: Lessman's Updated Essential1?

@santorini   Thanks for the info. Certainly makes sense to change the name now.

Re: Lessman's Updated Essential1?

Does HSN offer Auto Ship on these?  I've been looking for a methylated multivitamin.  In the past, I have always looked at Lessman supplements for ingredients but would buy comparable but less costly alternatives.  I'm not finding one that's satisfactory.

I see Auto Ship is available when buying direct from his website.

I stopped taking the Lessman.......too much vitamin D.

@cindyNC  I was concerned about that too because it seems all the calcium supplements I see have vit D in them too. I take Andrew's calcium as they are easy on my sensitive stomach. My PCP always includes a vitamin D test in my labs, which I just took last week, and I'm right where I should be. So taking whatever it is I'm taking along with my diet seems to be working. Phew. It's nice to get those labs done yearly!

@JudyL

The only differences I see looking at my bottle from last year and your list - CoQ10 already 100mg and Vitamin E was 60IU. No changes for either.

Re: Lessman's Updated Essential1?

Just clarifying my own post. The last few years, I've purchased the Essesntial 1 version that had the added CoQ10 of 100mg. Looks like there are two versions again this year. The regular 360 count is $69.99 and has 10mg. The other version is $119.99 and has 100mg.

I'm not sure I really need the extra CoQ10. I may buy the regular version this year.

@monie monie @JeanLouiseFinch @World Traveler @JudyL + all

It seems that, with age (which we all hope to continue attaining), more CoQ10 (especially for heart) is recommended:

Re: Lessman's Updated Essential1?

I ended up finding a suitable option after all.

@1Professor - I agree with you about the CoQ10.  I'm taking 200 mg.
