I will also add that I have never had any problems with his.
I was really bombarding my system with vitamin D and my yearly lab tests came back too high...I was taking WAY over the recommended daily dose!
So I have proof of his vitamin D anyway that this product has effective vitamin d levels!
This morning I ordered vitamin K because I don't eat greens very often and I have been bruising more easily.
@LTT1 + all concerned with Heart Health
Wow. You just got my researcher self working.
I had ignored the Vitamin K2 MK-7 part of the presentations.
Never heard of K2.
But your comment had me do a search on medical sites.
I entered "Vitamin K2 MK-7 heart" and WOW.
Immediately: "Vitamin K2—a neglected player in cardiovascular heatlh"
Just ordered.
Studies support how it helps the HEART and the cardio benefits are what I want, for sure.
Now, a heads up.
The Lessman K2 MK-7 on TS is a strength of 120 mcg.
The heart research says:
The effective recommended dose of longer chain MKs (MK-7, MK-8 and MK-9) for cardiovascular health benefits is 180–360 µg/day.
Yes, I could just double the 120 capsules I'm getting.
However, Lessman does sell it at 240 mcg (just NOT a TS price).
It's my heart.
Already had the TS order in, just added an order for the 240.
Using good protocol for new meds/supps:
I will start with the 120 as my body adjusts (and liver, which has the work of processing it).
Then start adding the 240 capsule a couple of times a week, and so forth.
