VaBelle35 - I know what you mean & normally I do too...But sometimes shopping experience matters....I just don't have it in me to go through the hassle especially during the holidays,  the long hold, clueless CS....

 Also, I was buying it because I had the coupon. Don't need anymore vitamins... That is exactly the reason why HSN should have honored the coupon, I am sure there were many like me who were buying because of the coupon....

In an interesting twist of events...

I just got a call from HSN stating that the Cranberry Benefits I ordered last night had a price change and they are refunding the difference.

Maybe they read my post?  LOL

@FLGators@VaBelle35 ITA. I was not interested in the hassle I would have to go thru to receive the 25% off. I had $400 in my cart & emptied it when they would not let me use the coupon. I will wait until I have a coupon I can use while the prices are still the same as they are during Andrew's visit. Does HSN really think we don't know they prices are better on Andrew's site if he does not have a show on HSN at the time?

I had switched some of my products I was taking a different brand to Andrew's but after all this I will be going back to some other products. I will still take some of Andrew's just not all of them. IMO Andrew's are priced too high & he can afford to offer us better deals. I think we have more then paid for his facility & solar panels etc.

@Nightowlz - agree about pricing. I stick to the bare minimum, mostly only TS. I think they have realized that about customers, hence the multiple TS's which are not as cost effective as the larger sizes(400 or more capsules).

I want to order something with the coupon code sent to me in a card.It still shows all the time on the homepage.I tried different vitamins without success.

I called customer service and I can't wait for 1 hour to talk to someone.

I'm watching Colleen's shows' from last night and she is finally explaining how the bundle discount works in your cart.  She either went to someone to get an explanation or she did it herself, because she knows what she's talking about now.

She keeps referred to this as a "surprise visit." I wonder if because they are going to France for Muriel's birthday that they decided to do a show.  He had to come East anyway, so it probably was a way to work in a show while he was here.
