Always buy the largest or purchase the _Bundle_.
VitaminD3 is the # 1 - Omega, Eye support, Anti oxidants ( fruit origins), Glucoso\Chron., Circulation, Essential ( vitamins & minerals\ traces).
I was taught as I was growing up how very important nutrition was and that it was virtually impossible to attain every supplement from a meal Xs 3 per day.
Supplements were as common or natural for our family as having fresh water. I never forget how important that was, and learned in advanced medical nursing school ...that nutrition had to have been one of the most difficult subjects introduced: the #1 class where most students had to repeat.
ANYTHING ```To avoid being seen by a doctor. Never took an aspirin ( one) until I was 30\or Midol. Hate the entire sequence having to take meds.
BUT! Will have a regime for vit\ minerals. Have my entire family on those that are easily washed away ...so just may BE the reasons Doctors, for self is very rare....who knows? I try my Best!

@NAES1 OMG!!! Thanks for telling us your story. Really interesting. I'm like you in that I avoid being seen by a doctor, at all costs! But don't mind a regime of the vitamins and the minerals either.
I'm almost reluctant to say this, because I don't want to jinx it, but I haven't been sick in 15 years. Sometimes a little tummy ache, but that's it. Recently I was thinking about that and wondering what was the change. Then it dawned on me! I stopped getting shots (like the flu shot) 15 years ago, stopped using prescriptions to prevent things like malaria when I travel at about the same time, I eat as much organic foods as I can, and I take vitamins and minerals.
I think doing all that has helped me stay healthy. Like you, I don't take aspirin, even though I know so many people who do. A doctor once told me to take it to help prevent heart attacks, but I refuse to do that.
Knock on wood......I hope I continue to be so healthy. However, if not....at least I had a tremendous 15-year, healthy life!
@z-del Traveler,
I apologize for being late reading your interesting health post. Wonderful!
We have a few 'things' in common, along with the life of haHAhaa supplements.
I have traveled many times throughout the world, also....and was thinking probably the same as you, the FOODs we have eaten from so many different cultures and countries.
Some, to this day, I have absolutely no idea what exactly It was, but 75% Westernized. There was one banquet We attended...one that lasted 4 hours+.
By the next day in the mid afternoon I thought I was next to being in a hospital.
Oh MY did I ever...!
My family still does a lot of traveling, but with family ( older) I choose to be closer to home.
So glad we met. Please keep in touch. I have many personal friends on three forums from five years. Hoping that you may join in whenever you are ready.
Great times and Sweet people. They are very dear to me.
Have a care free happy new week. We want to hear from you more often! Y E S!
NAES.
@NAES1 Oh, thanks for the kind words. I would love to keep in touch with you wonderful people on the forum. I learn sooooo much when I check in. Mainly I hang out on the beauty and wellness forums.
BTW....where in the world have you been? ha! Don't mean, like I haven't heard from you in a long time; I mean which countries have you been to? Any particular part of the world you have enjoyed most? Or do you just go anywhere and everywhere? When you get a chance, I would love to know about your travels.

@NAES1 Not a problem at all. If ever I don't respond by another post back to you or a "heart," that means I'm traveling. Have a six-week trip this summer, so that would be one of the times I might not respond. ![]()

I have tried prescriptions in years past that didn't work, so I figure even if this doesn't work great for me at least it's only a supplement rather than a prescription drug. Of course, I sure am hoping it works for me!
I have used Night Time for falling asleep only (I use it like Andrew uses it, for falling asleep when traveling in different time zones and when I return home to get back on my regular sleep schedule), so I can't address how it works for staying asleep. I thought Andrew has said in the past that it's not for staying asleep only falling asleep.
I used Bach's Rescue Remedy sleep gels before trying Night Time and found that to work well for falling asleep.
Andrew has also said that Muriel uses Valerian vs Night Time. The Valerian is 250 mg and Night Time has 150 mg in it.
You might have to try a bunch of different things to see what works for you.
@VaBelle35 Thanks so much for the information. Wish I would have read this earlier and gotten the night time yesterday when it had weekend pricing.
I normally use Valerian when traveling. Works well. Although, I must say, when I travel I normally have a very busy schedule and falling asleep is usually not a problem except at the beginning of a trip and the end because of jet lag. That's when I use the Valerian.
My failure to fall asleep some nights here at home mostly have to do with a work schedule that might be stressing me out when I lay there thinking about all I have to do! ha!
Having said all that, I must say the Sleep Number bed I got 2-1/2 years ago has made sleeping so much easier. It is so comfortable and I think it is some of the best money I have spent for my health!

Just made my first order. I got the Essential Omega-3, Energy & Fat Metabolism Factors and the Green Foods Complex.
Sorry to have missed the shows over the weekend - two of my items are on back order!

I think bebe said Weekend pricing stays in effect until like Noon on Monday, so see if it's still available at Procaps or HSN with free shipping and reducing pricing.

Hello ![]()
" I believe I have read each post in replies, and definitely will be and stay in touch during your intervals when not traveling ".
Also, I can do a short summary of my\ our geography: some was business, many were vacation, a variety was the opportunity to learn medical from other countries.
Traveling is exhausting, but it takes time to learn skill tactics to cooperate with body and time changes.
HAhaaaa, to explain Jet Lagged effects is totally impossible if that ` person has Never flown `.... AND! This is always a hoot with me: going to one coast to the next is not Jet Leg in its truest sense- No way- No howwwwwwww!
Being in 13 countries within 6 days......now I can relate.
Thank you World Traveler for coming on. You certainly sound like one very interesting person.
All my best~ Back with you soon: ref: the countries, et cetra

@NAES1 We need a travel forum, right? ha!
You're right about the jet lag thing. I agree...coast to coast does NOT qualify in any way.
I don't sleep well on planes because of people getting up and down, bumping into you, pilot going on speaker right when you fall asleep, change of time, etc.
The longest flight I ever had was from South Africa to the States. It was 17 hours without being able to get off the plane. We stopped for a one-hour refueling in West Africa (after about 8 hours of flying), but were not allowed to disembark. Grrrrr! We were one bunch of grumpy people by the time we got out of that plane! ha! It is inhumane to have people packed in like sardines for that length of time!

Thank you, @VaBelle35, for all the information. Since this is a problem I have been battling for several years, I will be pleasantly surprised if this works. Night Time has both Melatonin (which I thought addressed staying asleep, though I have tried it alone before) and Valerian though I see not as much as the plain Valerian. Thanks for the suggestions! ![]()

I bought the large Omega 3 last weekend & the large UES this weekend. I also bought a small bottle of his iron in case I need it. I stocked up in Feb. since I had some coupons. I bought the EPO, Essential 1, Digest Assure & Ginseng. I think I'm stocked until his CoQ10 visit in Oct.
