I try not to miss any AL shows, so I usually never am without 'our favorites'.

Always buy the largest or purchase the _Bundle_.

VitaminD3 is the # 1 - Omega,  Eye support, Anti oxidants ( fruit origins), Glucoso\Chron., Circulation, Essential ( vitamins & minerals\ traces).

I was taught as I was growing up how very important nutrition was and that it was virtually impossible to attain every supplement from a meal Xs 3 per day.

Supplements were as common or natural for our family as having fresh water. I never forget how important that was, and learned in advanced medical nursing school ...that nutrition had to have been one of the most difficult subjects introduced: the #1 class where most students had to repeat.

ANYTHING ```To avoid being seen by a doctor. Never took an aspirin ( one) until I was 30\or Midol. Hate the entire sequence having to take meds.

BUT! Will have a regime for vit\ minerals. Have my entire family on those that are easily washed away ...so just may BE the reasons Doctors, for self is very rare....who knows? I try my Best!

@NAES1  OMG!!! Thanks for telling us your story. Really interesting. I'm like you in that I avoid being seen by a doctor, at all costs! But don't mind a regime of the vitamins and the minerals either.

I'm almost reluctant to say this, because I don't want to jinx it, but I haven't been sick in 15 years. Sometimes a little tummy ache, but that's it. Recently I was thinking about that and wondering what was the change. Then it dawned on me! I stopped getting shots (like the flu shot) 15 years ago, stopped using prescriptions to prevent things like malaria when I travel at about the same time, I eat as much organic foods as I can, and I take vitamins and minerals.

I think doing all that has helped me stay healthy. Like you, I don't take aspirin, even though I know so many people who do. A doctor once told me to take it to help prevent heart attacks, but I refuse to do that.

Knock on wood......I hope I continue to be so healthy. However, if not....at least I had a tremendous 15-year, healthy life! Heart

Re: Lessman - What Did You Get?

Zip, nada. I'm tweeking my stack of supps to evaluate what's working for me & what no longer is.

I can recommend his cinnamon product IF you have high blood sugar. Mine is normal as is my AIC but I tried it to even out spikes after meals. Too strong for me so you may be pleased if your blood sugar is high.

Tried the Energy & Fat, well, meh. GREAT appetite suppressant for me, no energy boost and it did make me me weepy....maybe too low blood sugar when skipping meals?

Re: Lessman - What Did You Get?

I haven't ordered anything yet.  I need some more Ultimate Friendly Flora. Is that ever offered as a TS?  Can anyone tell me how you get the 15% off coupon?

I got the coupon in my order from last week, because I've been a customer for 15 years.

I picked up the large size of the TS - not the bundle though. I think that is all I will get but I do need to Check to see how much I have left of my AM/PM duo. I use the PM Relaxation every evening before bed to help me relax so I get go to sleep.

@willdob3 I was thinking if I do end up getting it, it seems I should go with the bundle. That is wild, crazy pricing; isn't it? I wasn't going to, then I was going to, then I wasn't going to.......you know what I mean? This indecision is taxing the brain. I purchased both of the products at a time when he had a special on them, but not TSV. I compare it now to what I paid then and that's what's making me have this indecision.

If I Was interested in the Astaxanthin I'd probably have purchased the big bundle. It is the best deal there will be on them.

Re: Lessman - What Did You Get?

I ended up ordering the 30 day supply of the AM/PM. It costs a little bit more to buy a small among but that is more than enough to get me to July & I'll get the large amount then. I also like having the small bottles so I can refill them instead of having so many large bottles sitting out on my supplement cart.

@Snowpuppy Cinnamon....high blood sugar? Not that I know of, so I guess I will pass. Thought it had more uses, but then again I was in and out of the room during the show. He has talked about it before, so I will listen better next time. Thanks for your opinion on it. I will pass on it for now.

@Trudey WOW! You are strong, not ordering anything yet. I don't know if the UFF has been ordered as a TS before, as I just started with his products about nine months ago. However, I was sure last weekend he had it at reduced price. Could be wrong on that.

I usually get the 15-20% off coupons with orders of anything from Lessman. I recently also got a gift card from HSN for $15 off "for you" and another $15 off "for a friend." Think I will be the friend! ha!

@willdob3 Oh, I understand. Makes sense you didn't get it then. I have both and that's the only way I have gotten it. I should try it without the Astexanthin to see if I notice a difference. Thanks for responding. It will be interesting to experiment and see if getting them both is that important. Smiley Happy

@willdob3 Makes sense. I know I do the same thing with creams/lotions. Like to have a small bottle for daily use instead of lugging out the jumbo container! I do note that since I try to get the best deal by getting the larger containers, my shelf space is diminishing. UGH!
