I have that one!

However, I only took it off and on, which is probably why I didn’t notice any difference!

I like the ingredients in this one and although I get nearly the same with some of his others (Lysine from AL Amino Acids and Guarana from AL AM Activator)

I can double up (usually) and have no unpleasant side effects.

Will compare the Immune Factors that I take each and every day to see which ingredients may be similar.

I have to say that I would not be without the Immune Factors and it is beyond compare. Have not had a sinus infection since beginning it one year ago!

I like it and use it for energy.

I don’t think any supplements cause fat loss though, if that is what you are asking.

Glad this seems to give you energy. My source for energy is, and always has been my level of physical fitness. The more fit I am, the more energy I possess. That's what works and has always worked for me regardless of my age group.

Physical fitness offers something different than what I get from this supplement. Calling it energy probably isn’t accurate or correct. It prevents me from “dragging” or feeling fatigued when I haven’t gotten enough sleep. That is not really in the same ballgame as being physically fit. The more physically fit I am, the better I feel overall and the more I can do and want to do - energy!
