Laser Therapy for Arthritic knees

Has anyone here had laser therapy done on your arthritic knees? If so how did it go? I am thinking about getting it done but it is not covered by insurance so it is all out of your own pocket payment and it is not cheap. Tell me how it went if you have had it done. Thanks!
