Ladies can you help me with a "delicate" but painful topic?

I had out patient surgery today for a very painful thrombotic hemorrhoid. Stitches required. I actually had a procedure done yesterday but it was unsuccessful so this is my 2nd time around today. It was kind of an emergency deal and I don't have a sitz bath. Is there anything you can use from home for a sitz bath or any ideas to help me would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. Sorry, not a pleasant subject but I am getting a little desperate.
