@katie1859  I don't know the answer to your question but your mntion of "peeing like a racehorse"  made me wonder if ,possibly, you take a diuretic.  Not sure if they would skew the labs or not but that's where the saying comes from.  Make the horse Get rid of a couple pounds before the race.

There is such a thing as drinking too much water. That will make you pee too much and eventually it will cause unbalanced chemistry in your system, such as electrolytes and other biochemicals in the body. 

 

ETA-

Use of diuretics and certain kinds of stool softeners/laxatives will do the same thing. Overuse of laxatives happens to be one the most common causes of dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.
