Nice people.

I care ,   You don't have to be a fan of hers to care about what she's going through as a human being .

Re: Kim Kardashian: Psoriasis journey

Been struggling with an auto immune condition for some time now .diagnoised with an overly sensitive immune system where my body attacks healthy cells.  Found out years ago after seeing many specialists.   Not an easy thing to deal with but meds   do help and for the most part work well.    I sympathize with anyone going through any AI condition because even though meds can help you still have to live withit and from what I know it never goes away you just learn to live with it , it becomes your new normal.

Re: Kim Kardashian: Psoriasis journey

I have wondered why she is not on medication. Or at least not that I have heard of. I see these commercials every day for Humira.  Maybe that would work for her.  I read a quote of her saying she was the only one who inherited it from her mother. But I swear I've seen episodes where one or more of the other sisters said they had it. I know for sure Kylie had a patch of it on one episode.  (Yes, I watch this stupid show sometimes.)

Only if it were to somehow scratch the eyes. I have never heard of a case directly causing blindness. The lesions do not form on the eyeballs. I have it everywhere around my eyes. I'm sorry to hear that you have this. Smiley Sad

I'm sorry for anyone that has to live with this, or any other skin affliction. None of them are easy to live with.

I wouldn't wish it on anybody.

I have Eczema that gets worse monthly.

I also have plaque Psoriasis that's the silver kind.

I'm lucky in the sense for me that it has been mild ever since I found out I had it about 10 years ago.

I have it on and under my knees, and around my elbows.

I think that it might be spreading though, behind my thighs and on my arms/legs.

sidsmom,

Thank you for sharing this article.  I didn't know that Kim Kardashian has psoriatic

arthritis.  It's no fun to deal with the itching and the appearance of it.  Like others have

said... maybe, she can help find a cure/treatment.
