Keto Coffee creamer that actually Tastes Good? 😋

[ Edited ]

Can anyone recommend a Keto friendly coffee creamer that actually tastes GOOD? So far, I've tried, almond milk(don't like any of the nut milks), Califia Farms keto creamer, Premier Protein(vanilla flavor) and Dr. Colbert's MCT oil creamer in French vanilla. Didn't like any of them! I like my coffee light. I'd always used and liked Walmart's  Great Value brand of french vanilla creamer but it contains sugar. ***Please, no bashing about whether or not to Keto diet.*** TIA! Starr

I replaced my regular coffee creamer with heavy cream.

I just use real Half & Half in my coffee.  It is just a small amount in 1 or 2 cups a day.  How much can that add up to?

Those creamers taste phoney to me whether it contains sugar or is sugar free.  The oat or soy creamers are horrible IMO.

@Starpolisher     Forgot to mention that Walmart carries a sugar free version of the French Vanilla creamer.  Don't know if that is an option for you.

Half-and-half is very low in carbs especially with the little amount that is used in coffee.

Thanks everyone! I hadn't been using the cream or half and half because I've gotten use to the vanilla flavor of the one I use and like. Thanks @PinkyPetunia I didn't know that. I'll have dh look for it. He's the one that goes to Walmart! 😊

I've lost about 105 pounds, and haven't invited any of them back, while having 3 cups of coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 EVERY SINGLE DAY.

2 suggestions- adjust your mind set to ignoring, rather than addressing, people who criticize anything (ANYTHING) that attempts to detract you from your efforts to do what you learn to be healthiest and best for yourself.  What YOU are doing that is legal, and healthy FOR YOU is nobody's business but yours.

and also-

be wary of feeling as though you must follow whatever model of nourishing your body SO SCRUPULOUSLY that you feel "wrong" if you make the slightest variation in what is working for you.
