Karen Bensen's Finally Thin

Has anyone tried Karen Bensen's Finally Thin book and bagels? I saw her on the Morning Show today. After listening to Pat and reading the reviews, I decided to order it. It got practically all 5 star ratings. Can't wait to get it and see what it's all about.
