Alex's wife is a reiki master and sound healer and wrote an essay worth reading. Here is the link:

I found it especially helpful if you are having a bad day with all the uncertainty.  The title is "Today Has Possibilities".  It does not mention Alex.  The essay includes a poem credited to Mother Teresa.
