Right now Purple

I joined WE in February 2019 and there was only one plan. It was blue. I had good results so I stayed in blue.

I'm not on it right now but I would take green. More points and flexibility when its hard to follow the zero point food plans.

I never shifted to points when WW did that.  The closest I've come to WW recently is my personal modification of the program I used when I reached goal in 1991.

I do know I gained a few unwanted pounds during the last 2 weeks -  and promised myself just this morning that I would not clothes shop again until those few poinds are gone.  So far today, so good and yes, I'm pretty close to that 1990's WW portion control plan that worked so well for me.

I jumped on Green.  Its more like the last program that I was successful with.  I didnt like the Blue which I think is like the last one.

Hi could someone explain this new color program....its been years since I was a WW.member .... I did the fat and fiber program...it worked for me...does anyone remember that.... I would like to give WW.  A try in the new year....

yes ..i would like to hear a little info too .. and thinking of joining

again .. its been a while and my eating is really getting out of

control ... live with a lot of stress and its effecting my ability to

cope with things without stuffing my face .....
