Irritable Bowel Syndrome Anyone???

Does anyone experience the problem of irritable bowel syndrome?

I've had this issue since I was 5 years old--it waxes & wanes--lately I've been experiencing a terrible flare up and it's driving me crazy! I'm having a tough time going about my daily life--nothing I do is helping. I get terrible gas pains and diarrhea everytime I eat--especially in the evening. This flare has gotten worse since I had a hysterectomy last October---could being thrown into menopause have started this flare-up? I'm at my wits end!

Would like some suggestions from those who have this condition!!!!
