I was doing IF for awhile, but stopped last year. Now I'm working on it again. The one thing that helps me is portion control. By the time lunch rolls around I just don't want to eat as much.

Can I ask what if anything to you eat or drink if you stop eating after 6 hrs? I can't get past 8 hrs. I've been trying for awhile. Thank you.
@KCDiva The important thing is to eat nutrient dense food. If you are eating food that fulfills your body's requirement you won't feel hungry and it is easy. For me, I eat whole foods plant based. What you eat is as important as when you eat.
Health is a priority for me as it effects everything else in my life. You might want to consider if you are getting enough quality calories during your feeding window. Wishing you success!
