i am not a fan of dental work.....probably my least favorite health appointment.

i look forward to any type of distraction.

luckily, my dentist has a tv in each room plus large floor to ceiling windows. i can look out the window to see what is going on OR put on my favorite tv channel. it does help a lot in keeping me "calm" rather than anxious.

 

i also like that i can choose from flavors of toothpaste. Smiley LOL
