tried it? If so what do you think? Sounds like more normal eating. You don't have to count anything. And you are allowed good carbs. I didn't buy the book yet, but I'm thinking about it. Tried many diets in the past and none seem to fit me.,plus I want good tasting food, and not count everything I put into my mouth (WW). Any ideas?
