I was fortunate.
My drip disappeared when I pushed fluids for a few weeks.
Turns out I was chronically under-hydrated and by upping my daily fluid intake my sinuses finally drained, and the persistent sinus irritation/inflammation/drip disappeared.
Talk about a cheap and easy fix to a chronic problem. I never was a good water drinker but I started my day with a 16oz bottled water, and added more fluids throughout the day so I'd be done peeing long before bedtime. Lol!
Good luck @PuppyLoverBob666 .

Well, that's an interesting visual!
I hope it soon goes away. Post-nasal drip is annoying, especially in conjunction with a sore throat.

I have both and yes, my scoliosis is very painful unless I manage it every day with PT exercises, yin yoga and my inversion table. Then it hurts less.
I've gotten my PND under better control by sleeping with a humidifier in winter, quitting dairy and using an Rx nasal spray Atrovent referenced up-thread. Hot compresses on my forehead helps when it's very bad, so does drinking hot herbal tea. I also use the NeilMed nasal rinse and the Arm & Hammer saline spray in the metal bottle regularly.
Good luck.

@Zhills What symptoms did you have that indicated you were allergic to BAK?

I discovered it with eye drops! Read on the net that many store brands use this and many are allergic to it. Changed to "no preservative" drops and eyes cleared up in a day!
Used a bottle of Flonase without getting any better and READ the label.....BAK!
Never thought it might be in nose spray also!
Avoiding it has certainly helped me.
The new homopathic nasal sprays work wonders!

@PuppyLoverBob666 Sorry you are going through all this. I think people has posted some good ideas to try. Hope you find some of them helpful.
I find it interesting that the pain medication is helpful in relieving your post nasal drip issue. To me - that's a clue. Is it a muscle relaxer effect that is helpful? I wonder what the connection would possibly be. If it were me, I'd investigate that angle!! As far as your back issues, have you seen a chirpractor, physical therapiest or an osteopath? It's possble they can work with you to feel better and avoid surgery? How has anyone been treating you for your back? Do you have a brace to wear sometimes? Just pain pills?
Maybe in addiiton to all everyone posted - you could also try accupuncture for both your back pain and the sinus situation.
What are you doing for your liver situation? Perhaps the post nasal drip and the liver problem is connected?

have you ruled out a SINUS INFECTION??
idk what oxys do for you re: post nasal drip.
oxy as well as hydrocodone (vicodin) can act as a cough supressant. i had serious lumbar issues and was given Tussionex (Hydrocodone suspension) as a cough suppressant because i cannot tolerate Codeine and a bad bronchial cough was impinging my lower back.
