Check with office that you had your cortisone shot and ask them if it could affect your eye sight. Or just google the question. Some medication can affect you eye sight.

Even though this change helped, you still suddenly developed new symptoms.  I'd move my appointment up, it can't hurt to see the doctor sooner!!  Also, certain medications can cause vision problems.  Have you started any new medications lately?
