I am trying to figure out what I can eat. Some sources say soybean oil and soy lecithin is ok because the protein that causes the allergy is removed during refinement.
I was also told that if soy isn't in the first 6 ingredients, that it is ok to eat.
Finding stuff that is soy free is hard and if I do find something, it is ridiculously expensive ($5 for a loaf of bread )
If anyone has any suggestions or knowledge of soy allergies, please help me to figure this out, I would sure appreciate it
thanks
